With excellent structure and depth, this wine shows true dolcetto characteristics of plum fruit with hints of almonds and white pepper and a spicy finish. This wine can age for at least 5 years, but is an excellent choice with hearty Italian style dishes.

Big, full-bodied wine that shows dolcetto's hidden capabilities in a warm vintage with low yields. This wine shows generous ripe plum fruit, good depth, with hints of almonds and white pepper. Unlike many dolcettos, this wine will likely age well for at least 5 years.
2005
Ripe plum and cherry, black pepper and lingering fruit flavors on the finish make this wine a real crowd pleaser. Great with pasta dishes and other Italian-style meals.
